Words of Winter is a Game of Thrones roleplaying site based on the last episodes of season one/start of season two.
Lord Eddard Stark has just had his head removed from his neck by the cruel and sadistic King Joffrey, who against his mother and future bride's wills ordered the execution of his dead fathers old friend and Warden of the North. An valuable hostage, Lord Stark is now little more than meat as his son Robb Stark continues his march against the capital in hope of saving his two sisters, Sansa and Arya Stark. What no one seems to know though is that while Sansa is still held in a tight grip by Queen Regent Cersei Lannister, Arya have managed to escape together with Yoren, an aging recruiter of the Nights Watch who plans to take her with him up north, dressed as a boy to avoid inconveniences.
On the other side of the Narrow Sea, Daenerys Targaryen, the last of her kind has lost her beloved husband Khal Drogo. What he left after him is an shattered khalasar, with only the weakest and the sworn left by her side, as well as Jorah Mormont, an exiled knight who looked with terror as she walked into the flames of her husbands bonfire. But when she came out with dragons clinging to her naked chest, his mouth fell together with the rests. Will Westeros finally rehear the phrases '' Fire and Blood. '' ?
