The stable's been abandoned a long time now and it's held together well over the years, now just beginning to really show it's wear and tear. A few holes have formed in the walls and roof, and the floor is cracking from exposure to freezing temperatures during the winter. Still animals use this as a sheltering place, since it hasn't been destroyed or rebuilt quite yet. It almost appears that the humans have forgotten about it, and that seems likely, since it's so far from the other stables.

Rats and mice choose to nest here as well as larger animals, especially stray and runaway dogs. It's a nice place to come to sleep and get a small meal (the rats and mice) for the night, but mostly during summer and spring; it gets drafty during autumn and winter. Many continue to hide away here even when it's cold, because although it's rather chilly, it's better than freezing entirely.

farmlands

There are several big farms in Shorebridge; it is the country after all. The largest ones are quite close together and located near the outskirts of town. Many canines and other animals (including humans) come wandering out here to escape the hustle and bustle of the average day and find peace, and some live and work on these ranches without a moment of rest.

AMBIENCE is a semi-fantasy PG-13 canine rpg which takes place in the fictional town of Shorebridge, Georgia. We have no wordcount but require you to write at least 5 sentences per IC (in character) post. We are loosely plotted and encourage members to shape the future of such through their role-play. This is a place where we welcome anyone, from confused beginner to avid writer who's been role-playing their entire life, so why not bound on in?
