The name's Ninjaplushie, and I am so happy to be here! (even though I am making this about 48 hours late orz)
I'm an avid roleplayer. I especially like roleplaying with canines because its something I know so well. I've always been an avid dog fan as long as I can remember. And thats not an exaggeration. The first book I ever loved as a kid was a dog encyclopedia. The first job I ever had was as a dog sitter. The first volunteer service I ever did was cleaning and walking the dogs at my local animal shelter. Now I'm aspiring to be a dog trainer.
But enough about dogs (even though thats kind of what this site is). Roleplaying is the other passion of mines. Outside of schoolwork and the occasional youtube video to the channels I subscribe to, it is the only reason why I turn on my computer (and I'm never not on my computer) Its almost a replicate of my obsession with dogs. Roleplaying was the first thing I did when I was allowed onto a computer for the first time. I roleplayed at a pet and avatar browser site called Neurogalaxy. It, in fact, was the only roleplay site that I got on for about the first 6 years of my life-thats how amazing this place was to me. Unfortunately, it closed and I was forced to move on.
At first I was scared because I kinda felt inadequate when I looked at how other sites were, but I eventually gathered enough courage to try a few very small sites; one for pokemon (my other passion), one for animanga (my other secret passion sssh), and one for canines. While the first sites I tried weren't able to pick up and eventually closed down, all my sites I was able to find a perfect little nest to roost in...except canines. It was like having someone dump you every time the sites I grew to love were suddenly closing down. I tried turning to bigger, more popular sites, but it was horrible. It was all commercialized and nothing like a family compared to the small sites that I loved.
And right when I was about to give up, I found a site called Shardborn. It was a site that had opened literally 5 hours ago! (I'm probably the only one who gets excited about that kinda thing lol). So I tried this site, and I loved it. I looked at its affiliates hoping to find sites like it.
And now I am here. : D
